Know they do.
When they laugh when they should cry.
Teach them.
Sometimes the look on their face.
The words from their mouths.
Their body language.
Is in exact opposition to how they are feeling.
Know that there is always more to their story.
More potential.
More heart.
Push past appearances.
See beyond the surface.
Believe in them. All of them.
