What Does ‘Supporting Teachers’ Mean?

Teachers deserve principals who support them.

But, what does ‘support’ mean?

Support is not saying, “You are always right.”

Support is saying, “Even when you are wrong, I am here beside you. I will help you feel safe and help you learn and grow. We will figure this out together.”
